Hushcore Solution
BRD Noise & Vibration Control was selected for acoustical modeling and implementation to meet the required timeline of a fast-food chain in Brooklyn, NY. A Hushcore® Summit™ “HDG”
Sytem was utilized with a removable frame mounted source control system using a Unitary™ “SM” System to attenuate fan condenser noise and a Louver™ “UL” system for attenuation of condenser inlet noise
In order to achieve this target, BRD provided a customized Unit Supported Design that is OEM Coordinated and Approved. 3-D modeled drawings showcases the removability of the entire Summit™ “HDG” System and the two stage installation process.
Ducts & Silencers
The Removeable Hush Duct™ silencers mounted to the RTU intakes and unit-supported Hush Guard™ panel enclosure for discharge stack used to help with noise and vibration attenuation.

At BRD, we coordinate with the equipment manufacturers direct to ensure proper integration, and warranty reconciliation.
