The team is confident that it will exceed its fundraising goal of $1500 and is grateful for the support of the company, which has pledged to cover the remaining funds if necessary. The team is looking forward to the nail-hammering relay competition and invites community members to come and watch the competition on Monday May 6th from 4-6pm at the Homewood Suites in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. The campaign is an all-women nail-hammering relay competition which encourages women to devote a day to building strength, stability and shelter in the Lehigh Valley. Each team member must fully hammer a nail into a 2″x 6″ board and quickly pass the hammer to the next team member.
