Dan joined BRD in 2014, initially serving as an Inside Sales Associate before accepting a role as Regional Manager for the Northeast territory in 2017. Today, he caters to BRD customers nationwide as our New Business Manager, tackling diverse noise and vibration challenges in North America and at times beyond. The ever-changing nature of new projects and relationships keeps Dan engaged and inspires him to excel – no two jobs are the same! He routinely collaborates with industry in the market, ensuring his customers always have access to the right knowledge and solutions. As he looks to the future, Dan is eager to continue educating the industry on the importance of acoustics and noise control solutions, aiming to expand BRD’s influence in noise abatement and net-zero decarbonization markets. Outside the professional realm, Dan is a sports and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys staying active and spending time with his beloved family and dog.

Before entering the HVAC and construction industry, Kris dedicated six years to serving in the US Army. He held various operations roles during his service, from controls installation technician to project manager. Transitioning into an outside sales role for controls and equipment, Kris discovered his passion for sales, particularly drawn to building and nurturing relationships. He sees his role as a genuine problem-solver, using his sound expertise to develop innovative solutions. As the Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest territory at BRD, Kris was struck by the genuine team atmosphere where everyone collaborates to resolve challenging sound and vibration issues. Outside work, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and three dogs and showcases his musical side by playing classical and electric guitar.

With a mechanical engineering degree from Drexel, Jonah Graciani brings academic strength and practical know-how to his role as Regional Sales Manager in our Mid-Atlantic territory. Before joining BRD, Jonah refined his outside sales skills for an equipment OEM and deepened his industry knowledge in an estimating role at an energy-saving net-zero firm. Now at BRD, he thrives on collaborative problem-solving, partnering with clients to achieve mutual objectives. Eager to continually evolve, Jonah is determined to further sharpen his techniques in forecasting, business development, and relationship building. Outside of his professional pursuits, Jonah’s passions include photography, culinary explorations, and hunting for thrift store treasures.

In 2015, he transitioned to the outside sales team as a Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and eventually Northwest territories. This change allowed him to do what he loves most: solve problems and help customers understand new ways of tackling obstacles. Throughout his range of roles and tenure at BRD, Steffan has absorbed deep industry knowledge. Now overseeing the entire sales force and the Northwest sales territory, he aims to grow the BRD sales team, ensuring customers abundant access to expert sound and attenuation professionals. In his leisure time, you can find Steffan on the golf course or enjoying hockey, hiking, biking, and other fitness activities.

Mark Stephens has over two decades of experience in the mechanical HVAC industry, with a strong foundation in noise control relating to HVAC systems. He began his career as a CAD designer, creating mechanical layouts and designs, and quickly advanced through various technical and sales roles. His expertise spans inside sales management, engineering lab testing, and outside sales with a focus on a wide range of HVAC solutions — including hydronics, electric heat controls, ERV systems, IAQ/IEQ ventilation technology and industrial/commercial engineered noise control solutions.
Since joining BRD in 2014, he has played a pivotal role in the HVAC Division, specializing in resolving recurring noise challenges in air-cooled and liquid chillers, as well as rooftop packaged HVAC equipment.

Joining BRD, Clif quickly ascended to Regional Sales Manager handling the Southeast territory, thriving on assessing customer needs and orchestrating efficient solutions alongside a proficient BRD team. He especially appreciates BRD’s vibrant and skilled team, where every member shares passion and expertise. Committed to growth, Clif aims to deepen his acoustics knowledge and contribute to BRD’s successes. Brandon Wallace
General Manager
Brandon joined the BRD team in 2006 with a background in the HVAC acoustic industry and holding a Chemical Engineering degree from Kansas State University. Brandon’s Hushcore® journey began with his Regional Sales Manager role for the Southwest Territory, growing the territory into one of BRD’s largest and most productive regions. His contributions led to his inclusion in BRD’s Executive Leadership Team in 2015, and accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2020. In 2022, Brandon was promoted to the position of General Manager, overseeing companywide operations. Over the course of his career, Brandon has gained an extensive understanding of the HVAC and acoustic markets along with a keen insight into their business development needs and industry challenges. He has used that knowledge to to enhancing BRD’s leadership – bridging the gap for customers seeking advanced noise control solutions. Outside of BRD, Brandon is an avid hunter and fisher, an outdoor sports enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Dalena, and their six children.
